I would like to recommend Utopia for the overall improvement in their services. They were OK before but now I would like to commend them. I believe they have a new management and I notice how fast they respond to your needs. Before, I felt hesitant to call to ask for service because they will tell you that you that it was your fault, and after a sermon they blame you for the reason you were calling for. Also, their maintenance people also improved. Before, they will send you drunk people that were also very lazy. I had a gentleman this week that installed a new toilet and can not tell how efficient, responsible, courteous he was, he was in our house before, I am sorry that I forgot his name. THANK YOU VERY MUCH UTOPIA, I AM GLAD THAT YOU CHANGED YOUR MODUS OPERANDI . WE HAD BEEN THEIR TENANTS FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. ~ Juan A

The Utopia property management team in Palm desert/ Palm Springs area really helped us find a new home. We are very happy with the service and the support we have received since we moved into our new place. Special shout out to Steve of the Utopia maintenance department, and Brandon who completed the tasks clean efficiently. They have been very quick to help with when we need some support! In the beginning, we were helped by Megan who walked us through the application process very easily and patiently. We had been living in the same home for 23 years, and she made this new process very easy for us. We want to thank Melina for the tour she assisted in and her wonderful personality that was very welcoming as we begin a new living experience in a wonderful building. My regular experiences with your company have been very very good, Steve in your maintenance department is a wonderful guy, he takes care of everything, every problem I have, I’m very grateful, my only problem now is I’ve been without air conditioning for the last week and it looks like it’s gonna be a month or so before I can get the replacement part put in, they brought a portable unit for my bedroom, but the rest of my apartments is around 95°+ every day, I can cook eggs on my countertop, so if there’s anything you can do to rush that part along, I’ll be very grateful, thank you. ~ Thomas B

I would like to leave Excellent feedback about our Manager Cathy. She has been our Manager over 15 years. She always goes above and beyond expectations when we have any questions or concerns. She is always there for us and makes sure all maintenance issues are taking care of right away. Cathy is Wonderful, Attentive and always there for us !!! She is the Best Manager!!! Utopia Management was amazing when it came to fixing my A/C and microwave.after a crazy power outage that caused my WiFi to go out, my microwave to go out, and my air conditioning to go out. They had to order parts to fix my air conditioning so they set me up with a portable air conditioner in the meantime time. Then they came within days to fix the air conditioner took the portable and replaced the microwave the next day after I put in the maintenance request! I’ve been in this particular apartment that Utopia rents to me. I am very satisfied whenever I need something taken care of. They get to it right away. Very much appreciated. I asked him to fix quite a few things. The maintenance guy came and completed them all within the same day. I’ve been here quite number years and the stove was getting quite old. They replaced it.
